Also speaking were the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications of Paraguay, Pedro Britos, and the National Director of Strategic Territorial Planning of Argentina, Juli\u00e1n \u00c1lvarez Ins\u00faa. The National Coordinator of Chile, Roberto Ruiz, closed the session.<\/p>\n<p>During the first day, representatives from the delegations gave presentations on the topics of the working groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infrastructure, Transport, and Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Production and Trade<\/li>\n<li>Border Procedures<\/li>\n<li>University Network<\/li>\n<li>Tourism Contributions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The second day was dedicated to the sessions of the working groups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Agreements and Advances<\/strong> <strong>Pilot Plan:<\/strong> The National Coordinators agreed on the need for a Pilot Plan to streamline border procedures. Chile committed to presenting a Pilot Plan project before the next meeting. <strong>Digital Platform:<\/strong> It was agreed to set up a digital platform for projects associated with the Bioceanic Corridor.
