The Regional Master Plan for Integration and Development of the Capricorn Bioceanic Corridor (PM-CBC) is an initiative aimed at improving infrastructure, logistics, and facilitating cross-border trade among Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil.
The main objective is to strengthen the planning, management, and regional coordination capacity of the national governments and subnational states that are part of the CBC. The Plan is managed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) through its financial instrument, the Regional Public Good (RPG).
