The Governor of the Antofagasta region begins this week in Brasilia participating in the Meeting of National Coordinators of the Bioceanic Road Corridor Working Group.
The regional governor, Ricardo Díaz Cortés, participates in the instance, within the framework of the pro tempore presidency of the Bioceanic Corridor Forum of Capricorn, together with the head of the Division of Development and Industry of the Regional Government, Pablo Rojas, as well as authorities and representatives from Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. 🇦🇷🇧🇷🇵🇾🇨🇱
Presentations were made on priorities, progress and main challenges for the development of the corridor, with special emphasis on border controls and facilitation of movement. In his speech, the regional head stressed that the Bioceanic Corridor should be projected not only as a cargo route, but also as an opportunity for development and integration for all territories.
