The reopening of the Sico International Pass for the transit of cargo and private vehicles marks a significant advance for connectivity between Argentina and Chile, strengthening one of the most important routes for mining, foreign trade and logistics in northern Argentina. The border complex will operate every day, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., for private vehicles and cargo transport. Located on the Capricorn Bioceanic Corridor, this border crossing facilitates access to Pacific ports, helping to reduce logistics times and costs for strategic sectors such as lithium and copper mining, in addition to boosting exports and trade between the countries of the region. From BRIPAEM we celebrate this type of progress in infrastructure and binational articulation, convinced that greater connectivity is key to promoting productive development, strengthening the competitiveness of our territories and consolidating an increasingly efficient regional integration.
BRIPAEM. The value of integration.
